We were searching for a condo for my mother in law, but don't live in the area. Mary helped narrow the search area after listening to what she liked and didn't like about her current location as well as where her important locations were (doctors, friends, businesses, etc.). Mary cast a wide net and patiently showed her around. The first property didn't work out, but a second one went under contract after reasonable negotiations. After we contracted, Mary went above offering referrals to tradesman, title services and insurers. Real Estate in FL is very different than MD, but she walked us through the whole thing, and mother in law is very happy in her new home.
